The building is designed as a two-storey building with four residential units, each with its own entrance for greater privacy and independence of the occupants. The facade of the building combines light plaster combined with darker details surrounding the balconies, framing the spacious windows and finishing the balcony consoles with vertical lamellas.
At the floor plan level, the building is designed with clearly separated functional areas. The living areas on the ground floor are directly connected to the outdoor terraces, which are connected by stairs to the courtyard and parking areas. The first floor follows a similar spatial layout, but includes balconies that further expand the living areas. Vertical lamellas on the facade make an important contribution to privacy and shading, as they effectively reduce sunrays into the interior.
