ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN

In the following, we create a conceptual design in which we ground floor layouts and cross-sections and the situation on the building plot. If a construction permit is required for the construction, after approval of the conceptual design we begin with obtaining the project conditions.

In the conceptual project, we plan to perfect the design and create visualizations that are very important from the point of view of the client, since this is so much the conceptual design of the building and its location in the space. When visualizing the interior design, the final appearance of the space, including the selected materials and the colour scheme, is already visible.

After confirming the conceptual design, all the work is left to us. We begin by obtaining consents and creating a guide folder and related plans. We manage all communication with the consortiums and the administrative unit and regularly inform you of the information we collect.
