Construction will soon start on two apartment buildings, which will be located in an idyllic and peaceful location close to the old town of Kranjska Gora. Similar buildings interpret traditional Alpine architecture in a modern way. The two building volumes form smaller micro-spaces with a larger central space with a summer kitchen, which will allow users to socialise in larger groups. Private terraces are available next to the apartments for those who want peace and quiet.
The two pine trees will be accessible from Borovška Street with parking spaces on the west side of the buildings, thus allowing quick access to the main entrances. Each building will contain three separate residential units. The ground-floor units will have access to an outdoor terrace, while the first-floor and attic units will have larger terraces. The floor plan will allow for larger seating areas next to the windows, providing better views of the outdoors. In attics, dormers will allow for a higher standing height while bringing more natural light into the room.
