In the attic of the building, there are private family rooms. Along the staircase, there is a corridor, part of which is a cabinet, utility and wardrobe. From the hall, we access the bathroom, children's room and bedroom, with walk-in wardrobe. The net floor area is 67,00 m2.
The basement is separated from the residential building, access to the basement is from the garden. In the basement, there is a storage room for bicycles and garden accessories. The courtyard is paved and has two parking spaces. If necessary, the possibility of parking is also on the other side of the building. By the road, there will be a fence with the courtyard and the entrance door.
