We have designed 14 different apartments that make sensible, rational, and quality use of space. The residential building comprises a basement level, ground floor, two upper floors, and a gallery.
The basement level features underground parking, a shared bike room, and a storage space for each apartment. On the ground floor, there are five different apartments and a large bright space intended for a commercial unit. The apartments are connected by a hallway and a bright reception area with a staircase that provides access to the other levels.
All ground floor apartments have outdoor patios, apartments on the upper floors have covered balconies, and apartments on the second floor have access to a gallery. We dressed the covered balconies in anthracite grey to create contrast and add depth to the building. All apartments include a separate guest toilet and a main bathroom for even greater comfort of the residents.
To ensure adequate natural light, we equipped the building with numerous glazings, panoramic doors for access to balconies, and glass balcony railings. The facade is a combination of white and anthracite grey. With anthracite accents around the windows, we create an illusion of larger windows, making the facade playful while maintaining a modern look.
