Njegoševa street will soon adorn a new multi-apartment building. It will consist of 10 flats with common social and service areas in the basement. All the apartments will be distinguished by the building’s varied shape, while providing plenty of comfort and natural light.
In addition to a common lounge, the basement will also have a boiler room, a bike room and a service room. The upper floors can be reached via a glass staircase or lift. The ground floor apartment will have access to the outdoor areas on the south-west side of the building, thus providing the future occupants with sufficient privacy and distance from road noise.
