House O

The starting point for the design of the single-family house was a cube, which was transformed according to the steep slope of the building plot. It was this that later dictated the organisation of the interior spaces and the opening up of nature. The building will comprise three floors: a semi-basement (which, due to the height difference of the site, will also be accessible from ground level), a ground floor and an attic.

All three floors will be enriched by large glazing, which will give us direct contact with the outside surroundings and allow plenty of natural light, and the building plot slopes to the south. From the east side of the road, the house will be more enclosed, while large panoramic windows and terraces open onto the south and west sides of the house for the most optimal gain of natural light.

The semi-basement of the building will contain a garage, a bike room with storage, a bathroom and a large wellness area with an indoor pool and sauna, in addition to which the users will have access to a spacious covered terrace, which, due to its location, will provide them with privacy. On the ground floor we can enter through the main entrance into the study, utility, day toilet and spacious living room with fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace with summer kitchen. Go up the staircase to 3 children's bedrooms and a children's bathroom, plus a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.

In addition to the building, an ancillary structure has been designed independently, structurally and functionally, to serve as a carport for two cars. It will be adorned with a flat roof and the two buildings will complement each other beautifully and form a unified whole.
