In an idyllic location away from the hustle and bustle of the motorway, we have designed functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that will provide comfort and well-being for the family. The ground floor of the house, with its large glazing, is the link between the interior ambience and the outside surroundings, allowing views on all sides.
The basement floor will be used for a large garage space, and the upper rooms will be accessed via an aesthetically refined staircase, which will be the connecting and load-bearing element of the house. The openness of the ground floor will connect all living and living spaces into a whole, while at the same time allowing privacy through movable slats if the family so wishes. The coverage of the outdoor areas was ensured by the size of the attic floor, and in addition to the terrace, a picnic area with a summer kitchen was placed on the plot, which will be accessed via cascades.
The loft will be divided into two parts at the end of the staircase. On the children's side there will be a bathroom and two children's rooms which will share a common corridor with wardrobes. While on the other side the parents will reign supreme, wardrobes will surround the entrance area, ensuring free movement between the bed and the panoramic windows which will provide a natural source of light. We placed the bathroom in the central part of the room, allowing for fluid movement around the space.
